  1. Speak to Mephit in Asilon Town at (63,8) and agree to bring food.
  2. Kill Smoldy in Asilon Prairie 10–19 until you have ten Charred Bones.
  3. Return them for Kanna Flame Necklace and the Helped Mephit legend.
  4. This choice permanently excludes the Helped Morwin quest.
